Tropi-Bongo by Decadent Vapours
Today I’m having a vape on another from the latest line of e-liquid from the same company as Tuesday’s review. This one is Tropi-Bongo by Decadent Vapours. Decadent are a UK company based in Swansea and have been active for many years, selling countless different e-liquid flavours of a high standard.
Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Geekvape Pearless RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.
The title of the juice is obvious that this is a tropical mix. It is described on their website as a heavenly hedonistic blend of fresh bananas, coconut and tropical botanicals. Like yesterdays review in the same line, this is a shortfill unicorn bottle supplied in a box. The box has amazing steampunk-style artwork along with the flavour description, ingredients and directions on how to mix in the nicotine shot. The bottle is in 60ml size with 40ml liquid. Once you add the nicotine shot, it takes it up to the top of the bottle. The bottle label design matches the box. The designs on this range are really good, they have put a lot of effort into this. The bottle label lists the flavour profile, ingredients and Decadent’s information. This bottle is in the High VG, but there is also a 50/50 PG/VG option. It is also in zero, 3 and 6 nicotine options.
On smelling from the bottle, you are hit with a massive blast of Tropical Fruits. The smell is much like a Pina Colada. The Coconut is easily picked up on alongside the very strong Tropical Fruit smell.
On vaping, it’s an immediate smack on the taste-buds with really authentic Tropical Fruits, alongside a milky Coconut. I’m not a fan of Coconut in liquids, but this is really smooth alongside the Fruits. I’m not picking up on too much Banana, so it’s more blending in with the other Fruits. The Coconut compliments the Fruits as opposed to trying to overpower them. Decadent have got this mix spot-on with ratio of flavours, it works really well. If you are a fan of more fruity vapes, this is a must-buy. Don’t be put off by the Coconut, it really works in this juice. It also has a good after-taste and not synthetic tasting at all. Cloud production is good in the High VG bottles.
