Higgy’s Caramel Custard Pie by Higgycigs

Today we’re going to have a review on a Custard based E-liquid, this one is Higgy’s Caramel Custard Pie by Higgycigs. Higgycigs are a mail order based company in Georgia, US and ship worldwide. They hold a large customer base in the UK due to their great shipping rates and variety of juices and options. They create the juice when you order it, so it arrives fresh from their lab.

Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Geekvape Pearless RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.

This E-liquid is described on their website as a Sweet Caramel, creamy Custard, with a back note of Pie Crust! The bottle I have is in 60ml and with the USA not governed by TPD/TRPR, the nicotine strength is added at the time of production. The bottle is supplied shrink-wrapped without a box, but the label contains all the relevant warnings. The bottle is tough but easily squeezable to get juice out of the nozzle. Higgycigs do a massive selection of options on E-liquid. Bottles are sold from 10ml to 120ml and there is also option to purchase a litre. Nicotine strengths range from zero all the way up to 24mg. VG/PG can also be selected in varying ratios, as well as flavour strengths. This bottle is in 30/70 PG/VG mix with normal flavour strength. It has had quite a few weeks steep so should be good to go!

On smelling from the bottle and while dripping on the wicks, you get a very deep Caramel scent alongside some creamy Custard in the background. It smells quite a sweet juice.

On vaping, it’s an immediate blast of creamy but a deep Caramel. On the back of the Caramel is a strong Custard flavour. As you exhale, you also get some Pie Crust flavour thrown into the mix. All these flavours work really well together and makes a perfect after-dinner vape. The Custard isn’t overloaded enough to knock off the Caramel at all and add’s a more creamy back-note to it. The Pie Crust also add’s a Cakiness to the mix. This is a really good juice, it’s sweet but not too sweet. Cloud production is good at 70VG as always.
