Strawberry Bonbon by Decadent Vapours
Here is another E-liquid from the latest range from Decadent. This is the 5th review of a line of 6. This one is Strawberry Bonbon by Decadent Vapours. Decadent are based in Swansea, UK and this range (among their many other juices) can be purchased on their website with worldwide shipping.
Device used: Asmodus Minikin V2 and Geekvape Peerless RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.
I’m guessing this juice is based on those powdered Strawberry Bonbon sweets. Their website describes it as savour the classic British taste of sweet strawberry toffee with a sprinkling of perfectly pink powdered sugar coating. The bottles in this range are all 60ml shortfill. You add the supplied VG and Nicotine shot to the mix and directions for this are on the enclosed box. You can buy this range in 50/50 PG/VG or the High VG version. Nicotine strengths are in zero, 3 and 6mg options. The level of detail on the artwork on both the box and label is amazing, it is probably the best I’ve seen on an e-liquid before. Both the label and box contain ingredients information, as well as Decadent’s contact info and storage instructions. This bottle I am reviewing is in the High VG option.
On smelling from the bottle and while dripping on the wicks, you get a sugary Strawberry scent. It’s a very deep, sweet Strawberry. This smells like its alongside quite a creamy flavouring.
On vaping, it’s an authentic Strawberry Bonbon, in some ways better, because it has a sweet creamy taste to it. Decadent managed to get that powdered bonbon taste to the juice too. It is a sweet juice but not overly done, the blend is perfect. This is such a unique Strawberry based juice, totally different from any other Strawberry liquid I’ve had before. It has something different to the usual ‘Strawberry & Creams’ out there and definitely worth trying. There is no synthetic taste to this juice and cloud production is good in this High VG. It is clear Decadent have put so much effort into this juice, from the packaging to the high quality taste. There is no harshness to the vape and it’s a very smooth juice. The flavourings are mixed perfectly.
My score: 8.8/10 – A unique-tasting moreish Strawberry based liquid.
