Pink Custard by Exceptional Vapes
Today we’re having another blast on a juice in the EV Gold Edition range. This one is Pink Custard by Exceptional Vapes. EV have an extensive range of E-liquids available on their website. A lot of their range are Desert Sweet based flavours, which judging by this range so far, they do very well. They are based in Derbyshire, UK and have also opened a store in the area. Their customer service is very good and also have a live chat option on their website, should there be any issues.
These Gold Edition bottles are in TPD compliant 10ml bottles. They are supplied in a small box with Nicotine warnings, EV’s information and ingredients listed on the sides. The bottle label also contains warnings in more detail, alongside the EV logo in Gold and Black. There is a batch number and best before in print above the label. The bottle has a child safety cap and is in a rigid but squeezable plastic bottle, so no problems pushing juice through the nozzle. The PG/VG ratio is in a default 30/70 and Nicotine options come in 3mg or 6mg.
Pink Custard is described on the EV website as Just like at school, taking a big spoonful of delicious pink custard, yum yum made with extra tender love and care creating this super special blend of strawberries and custard. Lets bring back some memories with this old favourite. Am very keen to try this as this is within my personal flavour profile. I reviewed a similar juice from another company not too long ago, so interested to see how this compares. On smelling from the bottle, it’s exactly what it claims, you can tell straight away the ripe sweet Strawberry and deep Custard scent.
Device used: Asmodus Minikin V2 with Geekvape Peerless RDA and 0.4 ohm coil.
On vaping, it’s simply a perfectly mixed Strawberry Custard. The Strawberry is sweet with a nice after-taste and the Custard is very Creamy without overpowering Vanilla to it. It’s a sweet juice but not overpowering, so could be a good all day vape. The rich creamy Custard in the mix makes me wonder why EV didn’t release a straight Custard in this line, as it is moreish and would no doubt be a good seller. Cloud production is good at 70VG and no harshness to the juice even at a 6mg level. Another great Desert vape in the EV range!
My score: 8.6/10 – Simply a well blended Strawberry Custard.
The price is currently £3.99 for a 10ml bottle and is available on the EV links in the opening paragraph of this review.
WOW that sounds so delicious! custard vapes are some my favorites vapes especially when added a little fruit. Would really like to try an apple pie and custard ejuice if someone has created it yet!
Great review EJR
Cheers VT, I’ve got an apple pie and custard DIY but I make the custard with a good few flavourings and it takes weeks to steep properly. It’s a good juice but I don’t make much cause of the wait. I prefer to opt for Apple Pie and Ice-Cream, only a few weeks for that to steep.
Can you send me the recipe for that apple pie and custard, i’m going to start doing DIY ejuices, i’ve made up some one shots from the Brews Bros that turned out very well.
I’ve got the apple pie and ice cream which I’ll DM you on Twitter with. The Apple Pie and Custard I will need to put together in a word doc. You could just add some Capella V1 Custard to the Ice Cream recipe for now, that would work well.
