Ice Berg by Exceptional Vapes
Today, we continue reviewing the TPD Gold range by EV. This juice is Ice Berg by Exceptional Vapes. The Gold Edition range currently have 12 E-liquids for the line and they also produce short-fill liquids and some concentrates. EV are based in Derby, UK and have a website to order their vast range of E-liquids. They also have a store in their area.
This Gold Edition range are all in TPD/TRPR compliant 10ml bottles. Nicotine options are in 3mg and 6mg and has a default PG/VG ratio of 30/70. The bottle is supplied in a box that includes printed information and the usual TPD Nicotine warning. The bottle label covers more warnings with the peel back label and also contains ingredients and EV’s information. This is all printed alongside EV’s logo in gold and black. The bottle has a child proof safety cap and is in tough plastic, but easily squeezable to get juice out of the tip. Printed along the top of the bottle is the best before date.
This flavour is described on the EV website as mixed fruits all frozen into a cool menthol vape, refresh unwind and vape this unbelievable all day vape. The flavour is just the tip of the Ice-berg! On smelling from the bottle, its a real strong darker fruit smell along with a big hit of menthol. It’s very much like a well known packet of Blackcurrant throat sweets. I’m not usually the biggest fan of Menthol, so we’ll have to see how this goes 🙂
Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Geekvape Peerless RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.
On vaping, its a big blast of Menthol Fruit. It’s full of darker fruits, but the Blackcurrant is the more prominent. There is a hint of aniseed alongside a big blast of cooling menthol. This wouldn’t normally be one of my go-to vapes, but it’s definitely something to clear the nasals or repair vapers’ tongue! It is packed full of flavour and definitely a strong vape. If a good Blackcurrant Menthol is your thing, this is definitely worth a go. Cloud production is good at 70VG and wonder why it isn’t icing up on exhale 🙂
My score: 8.2/10 – Icy Menthol Blackcurrant and fruits. Maybe a common cold cure 🙂
The price is currently £3.99 for a 10ml bottle and available on the EV links in the opening of this review.
