Alpine Berry by Vape Dodo

Today we’re reviewing the last in the line (albeit until the Tobacco flavour is released) from UK company. This is Alpine Berry by Vape Dodo. Vape Dodo originate from London, UK and currently have 4 E-liquids in this range. This being the last in the Vape Dodo range to review, you can read the other juice reviews; Smooth Forbidden Peach, Raspberry Moonshine and Cast-away Coconut also here on the site.

The bottles come in TPD compliant 10ml bottles and are supplied in a small box. Vape Dodo also have a 50ml zero Nicotine shortfill option. On the box are the usual Nicotine warnings, ingredients and Vape Dodo’s contact info. This is printed alongside brilliant artwork and design to match the theme of this range. There is also a batch number and best before date on the bottom of the box. The bottle label also contains this information printed on that design with the Vape Dodo logo. The bottle has a child safety screw top and is made in tough but squeezable plastic, so no problems getting juice out of the nozzle. The liquid is in a default ratio of 20/80 PG/VG and is available in 0mg, 3mg and 6mg Nicotine strengths.

Vape Dodo have put together a little story description to fit in with the theme of the range (clickable pictures at the bottom of review). On the box is printed co-ordinates and I originally thought it might have just been something to fit into the theme. They are actually co-ordinates of locations around the world where each juice was inspired – how unique is that!

The Alpine Berry flavour profile is Red Berries and fresh Mint leaves. On smelling from the bottle, I get a very fresh Berry scent with a hint of minty-ness; not an in-your-face Menthol but there is a definite Minty scent.

Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Geekvape Peerless RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.

On vaping, it’s a really nice rich Fruit Berry along with a Peppermint. It’s more Berry on the inhale and then given some cooling with Peppermint on the exhale, with a very minty aftertaste. The more you vape after heating the coils, the Menthol mint blends in more alongside the Berry, giving a really smooth and cooling vape. I wouldn’t say this a freeze-your-face-off Menthol, more of a nice Minty flavour to compliment the Fruit. The Berries are a very ripe fresh tasting flavouring and there is no harshness to the juice. Cloud production is great at 80VG.  Again, another quite unique tasting juice from the Vape dodo Headquarters and packs enough flavour, without too much sweetness, to make it a good all day vape for Fruity and Mint vapers.

My score – 8.7/10 – A really nice Berry taste with a blast of Peppermint!

Vape Dodo currently have the price set at £4.99 for 10ml and £14.99 for the 50ml short-fill. Links within the first paragraph of the review.
