Lemon Drizzle by Truvape

Today, we’re trying a juice from Truvape. This was kindly supplied for the purpose of review from Really Electronic Cigarette who are suppliers of this Truvape High VG range. There is 5 juices in this line and we have a couple to review, so we’ll start with Lemon Drizzle. Really are based in London, UK and have a website to order a selection of vaping gear. They supply the Truvape range, some box mods and a selection of tanks/RDA’s, as well as some accessories.

The bottles come in 3 x 10ml TPD compliant bottles, supplied in a box. The bottles are sealed with shrink wrap and have a child safety screw cap. The label includes the warning symbol, ingredients and contact information. The bottle is rigid plastic but easy to squeeze juice out of the nozzle. This is the latest Truvape High VG range in a 30/70 PG/VG and is in the ‘Cloud Chasing’ category on the Really website. Nicotine options are in 0mg, 3mg and 6mg.

Lemon Drizzle is described on the Really website as an all time classic flavour. A lively, refreshing and delicious blend of zesty lemon flavour and moist cake mix. Lemon Cake is well in my favourite flavours, so will be interested in giving this a blast as never tried anything Truvape before. On smelling from the bottle, it’s a very deep Cakey Lemon scent. It’s not a massively Citrus Lemon and smells quite Lemon Curd-like.

Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Geekvape Peerless RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.

On vaping, it’s a very Meringue based Lemon flavour. The Lemon pops out mostly on the inhale, with the exhale being mostly the cake and Meringue taste. It’s actually a surprisingly good E-liquid compared to other Lemon Tart/Cake juices that cost more money. The Meringue is very heavy, but does work well with the Lemon to give a good representation of a Lemon cake. Cloud production is good at the 70VG and is a smooth juice, without any harshness. If you like Meringue based Lemon E-liquids, this would be an easily good all day vape.

My score: 8.8/10 – A very deep Meringue based Lemon Cake.

The price is currently £9.75 for 30ml (3 x 10ml bottles) and available within the Really links in the opening of this review.
