Blackcurrant – Raspberry – Lime by Vape Superstore
Today we’re having a vape on a juice from a range of E-liquids by a UK outlet. This is simply ‘Blackcurrant – Raspberry – Lime‘ by Vape Superstore. Vape Superstore have 4 stores around London UK as well as a popular online store. They have released their own 70/30 and 50/50 juice ranges and this is one from the 70/30 range. Their website boasts a very large amount of vape supplies and stock many juice brands, as well as their own.
This E-liquid is supplied in a short-fill bottle with 50ml juice in a 75ml bottle size. There is currently 6 flavours in this short-fill line which are mostly Fruity flavours. Obviously, the juice is a zero Nicotine but you do get a free Nicotine shot making it up to 3mg. You can also purchase another on top, for an extra £1 to make it a 5mg. The bottle is in a shorter chubby short-fill made of rigid plastic with a child safety screw top. The label is a simple design showing the fruits, alongside the warnings, Vape Superstore’s contact details and ingredients. It also includes a batch code and best before date. Removing the top nozzle cap to add the Nicotine shot, can be a little tricky with pliers, but soon done if you slide it up with a flat head screwdriver. I guess it comes down to luck on how loose your top cap is (matron). If you’re a zero Nicotine vaper, these are bridges you don’t have to cross!
This E-liquid is described on the Vape Superstore website as Blackcurrant, raspberry, lime is a fruity and zingy blend. This fruity blend leaves your mouth watering with its zingy aftertaste. So basically, it’s a Fruity mix, no creams, no pastry, exactly what it says it is! On smelling from the bottle, that’s confirmed. The scent is predominantly Blackcurrant with some Raspberry alongside and I guess the Lime will pop out on the vape. It smells good, very fruity and not synthetic. As mentioned, this juice is in 70VG/30PG.
Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Wotofo Nudge RDA wtih 0.6 ohm coil.
On vaping, its a nice mix of the 3 fruits. The Blackcurrant, to me is the leader, probably being the stronger of the fruits, but the Raspberry and Lime definitely pops in alongside giving a refreshing taste. It’s not too sweet, but not muted in any way. There is no synthetic after-taste, and to me, more of the Lime pops out on the exhale. For a no bells and whistles E-liquid, it’s a very nice vape and a nice blend of fruits. It’s definitely worth a go among Fruit vapers! Cloud production is good at 70VG and no harshness to the juice.
My score: 8.8/10 – A no-nonsense Blackcurrant Fruity mix!
You can purchase this E-liquid via the links to Vape Superstore in the opening of the review. It is currently £11.95 for 50ml (with a free Nicotine shot) or two bottles of E-liquid for £20.
