Raspberry Dripple by Decadent Vapours
Today is the first review from an eight E-liquid line named ‘djinni’, this one is Raspberry Dripple in that range from Decadent Vapours. DV are based in Swansea, UK and have a very popular website with all their ranges of E-liquids. They also have some flavour concentrates listed, along with a range of vaping hardware. Ever since first trying juice from DV a few years ago, and more recently reviewing the world of bizarre range, they are definitely one of my favourite UK companies. I’m keen to review this djinni range over the next few weeks.
Raspberry Dripple comes in a 10ml bottle and can also be bought in 50ml and 100ml (all in 10ml bottles). There is a good range of Nicotine strengths in zero, 3mg, 6mg, 12mg and 18mg. The bottle is in a vibrant light blue with a red child safety screw cap. A light blue label covers the bottle with the ‘djinni’ and flavour title, along with printed warnings, ingredients, batch number and best before date. Default base mix is in 40PG/60VG. The bottle is made in tough plastic but easy to squeeze juice through the nozzle.
The flavour is described on the Decadent website as Raspberry Dripple vape juice is your very own sunshine in a bottle. With a sweet raspberry shell leading to a rich vanilla centre with hints of raspberry syrup, it’s sure to conjure up memories of blue-skied days and idyllic seaside holidays. On smelling from the bottle, it’s a sweet, deep Raspberry alongside some Vanilla bean scent. While looking at the flavour on their website, I found information on how ‘djinni’ range started which is well worth a read and shows just how much effort DV put into their products.
Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class with Wotofo Nudge RDA and 0.6 ohm coil.
On the vape, it’s a deep fruity Raspberry blended with a Vanilla. The Vanilla edges off the bite of the Raspberry somewhat to make it a moreish vape, instead of an over-sweet Raspberry on its own. It’s a perfectly blended mix. I’m not normally a big fan of Raspberry but the Vanilla in this, makes it an enjoyable vape. That’s not saying the Raspberry is muted, it’s a sweet Raspberry flavour, but it just blends really well with the Vanilla. I wouldn’t say this is an all-out Raspberry Milkshake full of cream flavours, but more of a unique Raspberry Desert flavour. There isn’t any harshness to the juice and cloud production is good. There also isn’t any synthetic tasting flavourings and there is a really nice after-taste.
My score: 9/10 – A great tasting Raspberry and Vanilla mix.
