Raspberry Ripple by WizMix
Another review today with one from the range of a UK E-liquid manufacturer, this is Raspberry Ripple by WizMix. This was supplied by popular UK vendor; E-Cigarette Direct. They have 20 vape shops throughout the UK (listed here) and a really good website for mail orders. The website is filled with some really good E-liquids, E-cig kits, devices and other vaping hardware. They were one of the first UK Vape companies, starting business in 2008. They also run a popular vape blog called the ‘Ashtray Blog‘.
Raspberry Ripple is supplied in a TPD compliant 10ml bottle with a child safety screw cap. It’s a good squeezy bottle so no problems getting juice out of the nozzle. A light blue and white label wraps the bottle with printed warnings, ingredients, manufacturer contact info, Nicotine strength, batch number and best before date. There is different Nicotine strengths of Raspberry Ripple available on the E-Cigarette Direct website at 3mg, 6mg, 12mg and 18mg. The base mix is in 50PG/50VG so is great if using in a mouth to lung device that is fussy with wicking high VG juices.
The flavour profile of Raspberry Ripple is described on the E-Cigarette Direct website as simply Raspberries and vanilla ice-cream vape juice from ejuice collection WizMix. On smelling from the bottle, it’s a blast of Raspberry scent with some Cream poking out behind. So far the WizMix liquids that have been reviewed, are really true to taste, so will see how this one vapes. There are currently 30 flavours in the WizMix range.
Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Wotofo Nudge RDA with 0.4 ohm coil.
On vaping, it’s a really nice mix of Raspberry and Creams. It’s a quite true to taste Raspberry Ripple Ice Cream. The Raspberry is quite sweet, but not over-powering and more of the Ice Cream pops out on the exhale, leaving a really nice sweet after-taste. I’ve found with these WizMix juices, is that although they are low-cost, they really don’t scrimp on flavour. The Raspberry is a really nice Authentic taste and if you’re a fan of Raspberry, this would be a great all day vape. The Cream compliments it really well. Cloud production is good for a 50/50 mix and there isn’t any harshness on the throat at 3mg nic strength.
My score: 8.5/10 – A nice and sweet Raspberry and Cream vape!
