Shamrock Shake by Moreish Puff
An E-liquid review today from a brand not yet reviewed on the blog, this is Shamrock Shake by Moreish Puff. Cherish Vapor make the Moreish Puff line and originate from the UK, with various ranges of different flavours. This Shamrock is from the ‘Moreish Puff Shakes’ range, which is based on Milkshake-flavoured E-liquids. Moreish Puff is available in shops but you can order directly from their website. They offer free delivery on orders over £20.
The Bottle
My bottle of Shamrock is in the large 100ml short-fill Chubby Gorilla bottle. There is 100ml of E-liquid in a 120ml sized bottle. This leaves 20ml space to add two Nicotine shots to make the E-liquid a 3mg strength. Shamrock can also be purchased in 50ml and 25ml short-fill size.
The bottle is in smoked plastic with a child-safety cap and wrapped in a sticky foil label. The label has a background graphic of a splattered Green shake. In text across the middle is ‘Moreish Puff Shakes’, above the title ‘Shamrock’ in Green font. Above and to the side of the title is ‘0mg’, ‘70% VG / 30%PG’ and ‘100ml’.
On the right side of the label is printed cautions in different languages above the usual warning graphics we see on E-liquid labels. On the left side of the label is the logo and contact details of ‘Cherish Vapor’ above the ‘Moreish Puff’ logo and social media info. To the side is a printed bar-code and at the bottom is the batch number and best before date of the E-liquid.
The E-liquid
Shamrock is in a base ratio of 70VG/30PG. The flavour is described on the Moreish Puff website as; Take a trip to the Emerald Isles as a smooth creamy milkshake is filled with sweet mint! On having a smell from the bottle, it’s a nice scent of rich creams. There is another scent in the background, which I guess is the Mint, but it isn’t as pronounced as the cream. I guess this is Moreish Puff’s take on that famous Milkshake that is released every year by that big food-chain, so let’s wick the RDA and give it a blast.
Device used: Yihi SX Mini G Class and Wotofo Recurve RDA with 0.4 ohm Clapton coil.
The Taste
On the vape, straight on inhale, you are met with a very nice blend of creams alongside some Minitiness. A few seconds into inhale and more Mintiness pops through, leading onto a nicely-blended Minty Milkshake flavour. It leaves a nice after-taste without any synthetic tones. Don’t think this is just a Menthol thrown into cream, the Mint is very different, without any throat burn on inhale. It’s a subtle Mintiness without over-throwing any of the flavour.
What stands out for me in this juice, is just how the creams are mixed. There is almost a thickness to the creamy flavour which replicates a Milkshake well. It is a rich E-liquid but is easy enough for an all-day vape!
If you are a Milkshake vaper, then this is definitely worth trying for something a bit different!
My score: 8.6/10 – A pleasant moreish Minty Milkshake vape! The creams in this really set the flavour for me!
