Kryptonite by The Brews Bros
A Banana-based Eliquid review today and another from a UK brand, this is Kryptonite by The Brews Bros. I received a few samples off of these guys after seeing them very active on their Twitter over the last few years. The prices and flavours of their Eliquid range appealed to me and them having a great reputation for good quality E-liquid. They originate out of Lincoln, England and have a really good website where you can purchase their range. There is a good selection and you can buy them in 10ml, 50ml short-fills, 250ml short-fills and Brews Shots.
The Packaging
This is the 10ml sample size bottle of Kryptonite. The bottle is smoked plastic with a black safety screw cap and wrapped in a sticky label. The label is a Purple and has a graphic on the front of a Milkshake cup and Bananas. Above is the title ‘Kryptonite’. At the bottom of the label is The Brews Bros printed social media info.
On the left side of the label in small White font is printed text with E-liquid warnings. To the right side of the label is printed warning graphics. Beside that is printed; ’10ml Nicotine Free’.
The Eliquid
The flavour profile of Kryptonite is described on The Brews Bros website as simply Creamy Banana Milkshake. The base ratio in this size is 70VG/30PG. On having a smell from the bottle, it is a sweet Banana scent alongside plenty of cream.
Device used: Geekvape Aegis X and Wotofo Recurve RDA with 0.4 ohms Clapton build.
The Flavour
On vaping, Kryptonite is a very nice Banana milkshake blend. The flavour is quite authentic to a milkshake giving equal measures between the Banana and creams on the inhale and exhale. The aftertaste lingers for a while with a sweet Banana taste. The Brews Bros have done a good job here as Banana can be a tricky flavour to get right in a vape. Kryptonite is not over-sweetened and is a smooth vape making it good for an all-day vape if Banana is your thing!
My score: 8.7/10 – A very well mixed Banana milkshake without a synthetic Banana taste!
