Candy Cane by Mr.Wicks
Back again with an E-liquid review today and this is Candy Cane by Mr.Wicks. The Mr.Wicks line is another range from the folks at MoMo E-liquid. MoMo originates out of the UK and this Mr.Wicks range is mostly based on Desert and sweet flavours. You can purchase the Mr.Wicks range of E-liquids via the MoMo website, as well as all of their other ranges and flavours.
The Packaging
Candy Cane is supplied as a 50ml short fill bottle. You get 50ml of E-liquid in a 60ml bottle so you can add a Nicotine shot. The bottle is a clear Chubby Gorilla bottle with a safety screw cap. A coloured label wraps the bottle with a large graphic on the front of Mr.Wicks encased in a vape cloud. The background of the label is filled with bows and Holly to reflect the ‘Christmas’ Candy Cane flavour. Below the graphic is the title ‘Mr. Wicks’ ‘Candy Cane’ in stylish fonts.
On the left side of the label is printed text of ‘0mg 50ml Nicotine Free’. On the right side of the label is printed warnings, ingredients, MoMo’s contact info, the ratio of the juice, batch number and expiry date.
The E-liquid
This E-liquid profile of Candy Cane is described on the MoMo website as; Sweet, minty and creamy, not just for Christmas. On smelling from the bottle, it is a nice heavy Cream and Mint scent. It smells a sweet juice so let’s see how it tastes. The base ratio of the juice is 70VG/30PG.
Device used: Voopoo Drag Mini and Wotofo Recurve with 0.4 ohm Clapton coil.
The Flavour
On the vape, Candy Cane by Mr.Wicks is a sweet mint and rich cream mix. The inhale is a nice Minty fresh creamy taste and then leading into the exhale, more cream comes in alongside a Strawberry flavour. The fruit is very subtle and for the wattage on my setup, it more adds something to marry the mint and creams together. The Mint in the E-liquid is a fresh-tasting Peppermint as opposed to a melt-your-face Menthol. A very sweet but nice tasting E-liquid that’s a little out of the usual flavours.
My score: 8.2/10 – A great rendition of a Candy Cane flavour and definitely an E-liquid for sweet-toothed vapers that don’t want to wait until Christmas for the taste!
